Sur La Table is new to the Kansas City area (there is one on the Plaza), but they have been around for awhile (I’ve visted in Denver). It reminds me of Williams-Sonoma, but less snobby, more practical and less expensive.

This versatile set includes 12″ skillet and our 5 qt. sauté pan with an interchangeable lid.
The tri-ply design features gleaming 18/10 stainless steel top and bottom layers bonded to a middle layer of pure aluminum, ensuring quick and even heat distribution. Stay-cool, stainless steel handles are curved for maximum comfort and efficiency, and both the skillet and the sauté pan also have helper handles to make transporting your food easy. Set is compatible with all stovetop heat sources, including induction. Oven safe to 500°F.
