This Orange Creamsicle Juice recipe is three simple ingredients – oranges, carrots and ginger.
But because of this juice is PACKED with vitamin C, it is perfect to whip up when you are starting to feel under the weather because it instantly strengthens your immune system. And as an added bonus, kids like it too.
(A note on the ginger: too much makes it a little spicy…so error on the side of a little goes a long way, because you can always add more.)
Orange Creamsicle Juice Recipe

Recipe Yields: (2) 10 oz juices
Ingredients
1 lb of carrots, scrubbed or peeled with the tops cut off
3 oranges, peeled and quartered
1/2 to 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
Directions
1. Place your ingredients into your juicer and juice according to manufacturer instructions. (This is the juicer I own and LOVE. Awesome workhorse for the money and pretty easy to clean.)
2. Serve immediately.
