Tomorrow (Saturday, April 24) Home Depot will be hosting a FREE gardening workshop from 9 – 10 am. In addition, they have a great sale going on – Buy One, Get One Seeds and Seedlings to help get your garden started.

I’ve talked about the benefits of local produce before (or here) – it is not only healthier, it is cheaper – and it is a great way for kiddos to understand how things grow and how we get our food.
