Summer is a crazy time.
I’ve been lamenting on Facebook about how I’ve been forgetting things more than usual.
And if history is any indication, I will forget about some important things like buying bathroom tissue or batteries for DS’s flashlight for the Cub Scout Camping Trip.

I forgot that I put a roast on for dinner and then left to go out to dinner. Got a call from my kids and they rescused the roast before it burned. YIKES

I can walk into another room and forget why I was going in there. I would have forgotten to sign DS up for his Lowes class had my friend not reminded me. That is only to name a few, but the older I get the the more forgetful I am getting!!

I forgot my kid at swim lessons…jk. I agree I forget why I walked into a room all the time. The worst is forgetting to turn on the crock pot- wasted food and still no dinner!

I forget to put gas in my car all the time, luckily I have never ran out, but get to the gas station coasting in, on fumes.
Can’t even count the number of times I have left my precious cellphone on my nightstand in the morning and have to run back to grab it.

Completely missed taking DD to picture day before the dance recital. In her class of 12, the group pic had 4. TG I wasn’t the only one!

I was shopping with my daughters (5 and 4 at the time) while 7 months pregnant with my son (he is almost 5 now) and forgot my wallet at home. I didn’t realize it until EVERYTHING (we’re talking an entire cart full of groceries) was rung up and bagged. Luckily, my husband was working just a few blocks away and he bailed me out. I was SO embarrassed!
I once forgot to bring my friend’s daughter home from the skating rink! Luckily, another friend of ours was there as well and called me immediately.
The last thing anyone needs to forget is toilet paper! Thank you for the contest!!!

Taking my kids to swimming lessons at Midwest Aquatics, I forgot their swim goggles and had to buy the ones they stocked. Which cost me an extra $42 plus tax. A very costly memory loss lesson.
If I don’t take a grocery list with me to the store, there is always something I forget to purchase, which ends up being the item I needed the most.
