Emily Graves from Ottawa, KS was recently crowned America’s Smartest Shopper by All You Magazine. Emily, who is also a mama of teo kiddos, works two jobs and still finds time to track 25 grocery and drugstore sales each week. She then pays it forward by sharing her knowledge with more than 6,500 people by email so they can price match at their local stores. (You can see all of the contestants money saving strategies on the All You Magazine You Tube Channel.)
