    Oh there are so many favorties!!! Okay, first thing that came to mind was my mom’s cinnamon pears for Christmas. My grandma use to make them too and who know’s before that! LOL 🙂 I took them last year to my boyfriend’s family’s Christmas dinner and they all loved them and said they’d never seen such a beautiful dish!

    Sweet potato casserole (I could eat it all by myself) ….lots of butter, brown sugar, and pecans. No marshmallows!

    I just love green bean casserole! Easiest thing in the world to make, yet I never do unless it is the holidays! Just not the same any other time of year! LOL

    Sweet potato casserole with LOTS of marshmallows and brown sugar. That is how I get my whole family to eat it. Is a great contrast to the salt in the ham. 🙂

    I know with it being a prepackaged year round store item it doesn’t ound so “holiday” anymore, but my father in law’s homemade Chex Mix is to die for!

    I love jello ribbon salad. Red jello on top w/ a cream cheese,pineapple mixture in the middle and red jello on bottom.

    One of my favorite holiday dishes is my mother’s cherry coke salad. She always made it for Christmas every year. It has a bottle of coke, cherry jello, marshmallows, pecans and other goodies in it. Yummy!!! 🙂

    My favorite holiday dish is a rice dish called “Rich dish”. It has perhaps 2 sticks of butter in it and is my favorite side to go with a good ham.
