Welcome KC Live Viewers!
Thanks for watching me today (11/1).
Today I talked about ways to tailgate
1. Purchase items with a mulitple purpose. I love the two-in-on chair (it’s also a cooler) and the portable/foldable grill. Because these are lightweight items that fold up easily, kiddos can be involved with the setting up and tearing down.
2. Have fun activities for the kiddos. Football, Frisbee, or Hackie-Sack are all good ways to burn off some energy and keep the kiddos entertained for the couple of hours before the game.
3. Have great finger foods. You don’t want to have to worry about utensils with finger foods. Plus, if you do it right, you can throw away the containers and move on to the game…making the clean up even faster. I love Mission Chips because of they have so many different sizes (Triangle, Round, Strips) for various finger foods. Also, look into cookbooks that are finger food focused like Southern Living Tailgating Cookbook.
