Remember, this is just a guide as different parts of the country have different coupons with different amounts. The best way to get a newspaper is by subscription, however, using this guide is a great way to decide if you need an additional paper (or four).
And I’ve just discovered the best coupon service – The Q Hunter. From the Midwest, reasonably priced, and dependable. This is a great way to get extra coupons of some of your favorites for less.

I’ve asked this ?? @ different sights w/o any responses–maybe you can help.
Coupon srvcs–do they charge the cost of the coupon face value plus a fee? Or, is it just a fee/# of Qs?
I’m sooo confused(which isn’t hard to do).

It depends on the site. Most charge a flat rate per coupon ($.05 or $.15). However, if the coupon is a HOT coupon – it may be more ($.25 or $.50). However the rate has nothing to do with the face value of the coupon – does that make sense?
