I tried using this coupon at the Target on 119th and the cashier rejected it. I then went to customer service and told the woman that “I bought this Scotch tape and the cashier rejected the Target coupon instead of adjusting the coupon down.” The customer service lady just said “OK” and returned the tape. The cashier was an older lady that took out a magnifying glass to read the fine print on all my coupons. I printed a 75 cent off any Target UP cleaning item and bought the UP brand bleach, which was marked down to $2.54 for 182 oz. She told my bleach is not a cleaning item, it is a laundry product. Weird, on the container itself it states ‘disinfecting kitchens, dishes and sinks, (deodorizes) bathrooms, toilet bowl’.
š I hate when you get hassled by bad cashiers.
I was way out of my normal territory last week and also visited the Target at 119th, I got a cashier that had attitude. She wasn’t really “mean”, she just had an attitude about my coupons. So much of an attitude that I forgot to have her scan my Target Mobile coupon for the Pantene. Another example of why I like my comfort zone š On the opposite hand, I have to SHOUT OUT to the Lawrence SuperTarget, they are amazingly coupon friendly. In the year we’ve lived here, I’ve never felt bad when done checking out at their store. I had such a good trip last Wednesday that I wrote an email to corporate to applaud their excellent customer service.
Not finding the tape on sale at my Target. It is still $2.50! Darn!
