I’ll be teaching How to Eat Organic On A Budget Class on November 12 at 7:00 pm at the Shawnee Civic Center at 13817 Johnson Drive in Shawnee, KS.

Topic covered include: Purchasing organic items for less, ways to freeze, online resources, recipes and more. My goal is that with the tools I provide you should be able to feed a family of four for $125.00 per week.
The cost is $12.00 per person (advance reservation and no refunds available.) Classes are approximately two hours long and includes a take home workbook.
