Is it me or does it seem like the kiddos don’t go to school for a full week in October?

Since we have several extended weekends next month, I’m thinking about taking a little roadtrip with the family and came across this great Branson deal on Groupon.

You will receive a weekend two-night stay for two adults and up to three kiddos at the Welk Resort in Branson, MO (plus two theater tickets to see Lee Greenwood and Louise Mandrell) for $149.00.

That’s only $75 per night at a really, really nice resort. (And I’ve stayed in some shady hotels for $75 per night and this doesn’t even look close.)

Plus they have several outlet malls there – just saying.
