This is a two-part giveaway.
The first giveaway is for the Dave Ramsey Total Money Makeover Starter Bundle – you can enter here.
And now it is time for the kiddos. Because honestly, teaching them about smart money management is as important as teaching them basic manners.
One lucky KCM reader will win a Dave Ramsey Kid’s Monster Pack Bundle.
Dave Ramsey’s Kid’s Monster Pack Bundle includes:
- Financial Peace Junior,
- Junior’s Adventures books and audiobooks,
- Junior Adventures banks,
- and a Junior tote bag.
Here’s How To Enter The Giveaway
(Remember, each comment is considered a entry – so leave a separate comment each time.)
Leave me a comment and tell me what financial goal you hope to set with your kids. (Ex. Have a Savings Account.)
Additional entry: Become a email subscriber to Kansas City Mamas. (I promise, I won’t spam you.) And then leave a comment and let me know.
Additional entry: Become in Like with Kansas City Mamas on Facebook. (We have fun, I promise.) And then leave a comment and let me know.
Contest will be open till end of day on January 23, 2013. Winner will be notified by email and has 48-hours to respond before another winner is chosen. Good Luck.
Disclosure: Dave Ramsey provided the giveaway prize, but I was not compensated in any other way. The written remarks are entirely my own. Want more information – check out my full disclosure statement.

We opened savings accounts for our kids this past Christmas. (ages 15, 14, 11, 6 and one on the way)
We told them when they get money (gifts, toothfairy etc) half will go in savings. Beyond that — we want them to understand what it means to save AND make good financial decisions. We want them to learn to spend and save wisely. We also want them to learn the importance of credit and how to get it, maintain it and do them both well.
