This giveaway has ended. Congrats to Ashley C., our winner!
Hunger.
It’s a topic that is near and dear to my heart, and a cause that receives most of my charitable dollars. As a mom, it is important to me to feed my family well. As a citizen, it is important to me that the kiddos in my school and in my neighborhood have enough to eat. No one should have to go hungry. Not when we live in such bounty.
Sprouts Farmers Market has teamed up with This Bar Saves Lives to fight hunger and malnutrition in an impactful way. For each This Bar Saves Lives bar that you purchase, a packet of food is donated to a child in need. The bars are delicious and made with all natural fair trade ingredients. They are gluten free and non-GMO, so you can be sure you are feeding your family well. You can find out more about the Eat a Bar, Save a Life Program here.
You can purchase This Bar Saves Lives at Sprouts, and HOLLA, there is a new Sprouts Farmers Market opening in Lenexa September 10th. Can I get a collective SQUEE!?! To celebrate, one lucky Redefined Mom reader will win a $25 Sprouts Gift Card and a gift box from This Bar Saves Lives!
And, because Bar Saves Lives loves all of our readers at Redefined Mom, I have an exclusive coupon code:
Get 20% off a This Bar Saves Lives purchase with code KANSASMAMAS.

We always just make sure to have a budget line item for our charity donations…that said, we obviously cut back on vacations, savings, etc. It’s so important to give back and show gratitude!!!

My husband and I set a pretty strict weekly budget. If we have more left over at weeks end, that goes to our different charities we give to throughout the year.

When my husband and I began using the envelope system to help us spend less and save more, we were able to start a charitable giving envelope so we can consistently help others. Something we couldn’t afford to do before we got our spending/saving under control!
