I finished up my grocery shopping this week by going to Hen House and Price Chopper.
Pictured is 11 pounds of 80/20 hamburger, (4) 2 lb. bags of C&H Sugar, (4) Heinz Vinegars, (24) Kool-Aid packages, (2) Kraft Miracle Whips, French’s Mustard, (2) Roberts Dairy Sour Cream, a bag of carrots, (2) bunches of green onions, (2) red peppers, a bunch of cilantro, (5) limes, and a green cabbage.
This was a good week to stockup. I was able to purchase the bags of sugar for $.50 each, the Heinz Vinegar for $.15 each (using this $.50/1 printable coupon), and free French’s Mustard. (All the coupon matchups are located my Hen House Deals.) I was super excited about the $1.54/lb hamburger – we were getting low and this is my “pull the trigger” price.
Total: $33.98
Add that to my $4.75 spent earlier in the week at CVS and Target and the value of my $25 Hen House CSA and my weekly total is $63.73 – still within my $75 per week budget.

I rocked the deals at HyVee and Price Chopper this week! 63% savings 🙂
I wish we had a Hen House closer, but considering they’re all so far away I only make a trip there if there’s a BUNCH of deals I want to take advantage of.

Very good and all pretty healthy too. Way to go. I enjoyed many of the same deals. I’ve got to go back to Hen House and get more sugar and koolaid. Great deal!

I know, that sugar deal is amazing. I think I’m stocked up for at least six months now.
