eMeals just gotten wicked cool.
They launched a new eMeals App.
Can I get a little bit of a SQUEE?
This app is amazing because you can:
- View your personalized weekly menus wherever you are – even in the grocery store
- Pull up the weekly eMeals grocery list on your phone – no need to print it out
- Remove a meal if you’re eating out – items for those meals will be automatically deleted from the list – or add your own items
If you are familiar with eMeals, they provide you a week’s worth of recipes, grocery shopping list and cost breakdown via email every week. They have a gazillion different options including store specific (Target, Aldi, Walmart), diet specific (Paleo, Weight Watchers) and now timing specific (Slow Cooker).
They launched their new Slow Cooker Traditional Sample List and a Slow Cooker Clean Eating List as well this month.
We were able to try out the Pork and Pinto Beans from the Traditional List and it was excellent. (Especially going into my new Crock-Pot with Smart Technology Slow Cooker.)
If you are wondering if you can save money by meal planning, the answer is YES. I always tell people there are five ways you can cut your grocery budget in half (Using Coupons, Having a Stockpile, Having a Price Book, Meal Planning, and Budget/Using Cash.) If you are in a season of life where using coupons is hard, you can still save by doing one of the other pillars, like meal planning.
And because it is always better to save a little, till the end of the month eMeals is offering a 15% discount on the Slow Cooker Meal Plans. Use the code SLOW at checkout and you’ll pay under $5 per month for a basic plan.
