Sometimes you just need to ditch the “fam” and hang out with the girls.

For me, there is something so therapeutic about hanging out with “my girls” talking fashion, nail polish, “The Bachelor”, and why my kiddos can’t seem to pick up their underwear from the floor. And then there is usually lots of laughing.

Applebee’s wants to make planning your next Girls Nite Out easy with a new application on their Facebook Page.

Plus, Applebee’s is hosting a Girl’s Nite Out Photo Contest. Upload pics from your event and Applebee’s Facebook Fans will select their favorite. The top three vote-getters each week for the next four weeks will receive a $50 Applebee’s Gift Card.

And because I’m pretty sure the Kansas City Mama readers are the craziest on a Girl’s Nite Out – I’m giving away a $25 gift card to Applebee’s.

Here’s How To Enter The Giveaway

1. Leave a comment about which you do on a Girl’s Nite Out – Glam It Up or Casual It Down. (Ex. Glam It Up – can anyone have too much eyeliner?)

2. Subscribe by email or RSS to Kansas City Mamas. Once you subscribe or if you are already a subscriber – leave another comment.

3. Become in “Like” with Kansas City Mamas on Facebook. Once you are in “Like” or if you are already in “Like” – leave another comment.

    My daughter and I really love to play around with make up. She’s five and loves to put makeup on me. Once we are both made up we take pictures or have a tea party! I enjoy spending time with her so much!

    We used to get dressed up for a night on the town. But now that we are all married ladies, some with kids, we are usually casual. However, I think a dressed-up night of dancing needs to be planned….
