I’m going to be honest and say that I own two food processors (this big mama one) and the mini-prep. For smaller jobs, like dicing onion, peppers, basil, etc., the mini-prep is the way to go because of it’s quick cleanup and light size. (aka…you can put it in a cabinet and take it out only when needed).
If you are looking for a smaller model that does the job, light on size, and cleans up in a flash….there is no better model.
