I love to diffuse essential oils.
They have the ability to clean the air from free radicals, help relieve seasonal discomfort, and increase your focus or decrease your stress. Plus, they smell amazing.
But it can be tricky to know which oils to use together…pick the right ones and you have a home run. Pick the wrong ones and you are dumping your concoction down the drain.
So here are 57 essential oil diffuser blend recipes for mind, body and soul.
57 Essential Oil Diffuser Blend Recipes for Mind, Body & Soul
Here are a couple of things to note before you start diffusing.
- You need a cool-air diffuser. These diffusers usually require a small amount of distilled water to be added along with essential oils. Note: Cold air diffusers ranges vary, with most around 250 feet. So if you are trying to diffuse your bedroom and living room, most likely you will need two diffusers. This one is my favorite for the money and size/features.
- You need essential oils. (If you are new to essential oils, here is how I use them in my everyday life.)
- Diffuser recipes use between 8 – 12 drops of oil.
- Some recipes have several variations. It’s not that one recipe is better or worse than another, it’s that each person’s body chemistry is different and each oil can affect it differently. Feel free to experiment to find the one that works for you.

These look really good. I am anxious to try. I was wondering if it makes a difference if the diffuser is larger. I have a 300 ml one. Would I use more EO for this or just go w less water w these recipes?
Annette says
I would try one out and adjust to personal preference, just keep the ratios about the same 🙂

Do you not use tea tree oil in any of your blends? Its not a big deal of course and there a myriad of oils to choose from. I was just curious as I use it in three of my regular blends and there are at least a couple oils in the recipes that aren’t typically seen in brick and mortar stores.
Thanks-CPT D
