I love to work out with my boyfriend. We have recently challenged ourselves to go to the gym three days a week and have been successful for a month now. He lifts weights and I either bike or walk on the treadmill. I’m very proud of us getting out of our sedentary life-styles.
My favorite way to workout is to do a kick-boxing or zumba class. If I can’t make it to either of those, I grab the kids and some sports equipment & head to the backyard. What better way to wind down my day before cooking dinner for the family. Just yesterday, my son & I tossed a baseball around and then he helped me snap fresh green beans for dinner.
