Let’s review… double the savings with Taget coupons AND manufacturers coupons, price matching, and now 5% off all purchases when you use your Target Visa credit card.  Wow!  I’m loving Target!  What will they think of next?  Offer only available in select markets (and KC is one of them!).  If you are a Target Visa Card member already you should be receiving a letter in the mail.  If you are not yet a card member and want to become one, you can sign up the next time you’re at Target and begin saving 5% on all purchases starting October 19, 2009.
