Your rebate must be postmarked by 3/3/11. Limit one per household. Original receipt and UPC must be included.

PS: You’ll download the .pdf file and it will say “Reader Error.” Hit “OK” and then adjust the view percentage to 10% and then 100%. You should be able to print without a problem.
