Eating healthy in the summer is hard.
Let me rephrase, eating healthy is the summer is hard because we are so busy.
Between swim team, swim lessons, camps, clinics, vacations, house guests, and life, I find it harder and harder to make sure there are healthy eats in my house over the summer.
