I use the internet quite often when I’m searching for new or specific recipes or information about all things related to food and wine. And while I love all the information I can access, I struggle with keeping it organized. I’ve tried to print out recipes and place them in a three-ring binder or store recipes at the recipe sites I use or store recipes as tabbed items in my “Favorites” toolbar. But to be honest, it was confusing. I was always having to remember where I put what recipe and where or what site it was from. Sometimes, I’d waste as much time searching for the recipe as I would making it.
Enter in Springpad – a personal organizer that allows you to keep all your favorite web pages in one place including recipes, information about basil, the best pinot noirs from Santa Barbara County, restaurants, etc. (You see where I am going…) It is a great way to organize everything on-line from sources on-line (no more notebook with various chicken scratches or three-ring binders). Even better – I’m able to share my information on my twitter and facebook accounts.
If you are looking for an online organization system – then check into Springpad today. You will be surprised how easy it is to get organized on-line.
