Make it’s home somewhere your child will SEE first thing in the morning like beside their bed, in the bathroom or in your kitchen. As they complete their tasks, make a check mark by the chores.

DIY Dry-Erase Chore Chart (Before & After School)

What you will need:

• Printer
• Card stock or photo paper
• Scissors
• 8×10 frame
• Dry-erase marker
• Good attitude

Instructions:

1. Download this 8×10 file and save to your computer {click on picture and save to your computer}:

2. Pull into PicMonkey.com (it’s free) and add your child’s name and chores using the text edit option. Save as a JPG to your computer.

Example:

3. Print at home on card stock or photo paper.

OR

4. Upload your 8×10 JPG file to a photo center like Shutterfly or Costco.com and order your print.

5. Once you have your print, place in an 8×10 frame.

6. Using a dry-erase marker, mark off your child’s chores as they complete them by writing on the glass of your 8×10 frame. I love these dry-erase markers because they come with the eraser already on them.
