I can’t tell. It says mail the UPC codes and cash register receipt, but doesn’t specify if it has to be one receipt.
Can you post any additional details? I am a new Box Tops for Educ. member (as of today) and I do not see any information.

Is there a form to submit or just mail the receipt and upc code. Are G. M. Chex mix on the list?
Vel – if you received the email, then you would be able to download the form. Unfortunately, the offer is only valid to those who received the email.
I printed the email, but it didn’t conatin a submission page ( I didn’t click on start now). Thinking I had the info from the email printed, I deleted it.
Any futher help would be appreciated, as I have all the requirements to submit but a form.
