hey kelly, the weirdest thing happened… on Sunday, January 2, our paper only had 2 inserts in it total. we get the KC Star delivered on weekends, so it’s not like someone swiped them before I purchased it. has this ever happened to you??
Molly – if that happens again, call KC Star Customer Service. You should have received four inserts (because that is what I received when I bought them from CVS). They will deliver the missing inserts to you before days end.
is this info on the inserts for sure? just trying to figure out when to start my KC Star sub i just got off Groupon and trying to avoid as many ‘no insert’ days as possible.
Amanda – it’s pretty reliable. If anything you’ll get an extra insert.
