I love Pottery Barn.
Let me rephrase. I mean, I love the pictures in Pottery Barn.
They always have to most amazing dining sets. It looks like “cool people” with “cool jobs” and “cool names” like Coco and Apple dine there regularly.
I’m pretty sure their dining room doesn’t look like this.
Or have finish missing from the time DS wanted to paint his fingernails. Or scuff marks when DD decided to play drums with butter knives. (And please don’t call SRS – this is only the tip of the iceberg.)
And because my dining set is a wreck – I’m often looking for alternative ways to hide the mess and the not-suppose-to-be distressed look of my table.
So when CSN stores asked me if I wanted to do another giveaway – of course, I said yes. They are like the home decor/cooking super store. I knew I would be able to find something to either store the mess or distract people from the mess. And I did – table runners.
So now it is your turn to win a $20 gift card to CSN stores and hide one of your “messes”.
Giveaway Guidelines – leave a separate comment for each entry
1. Leave me a comment about the space/area in your house you want to hide from family/friends. (Example, my leaky bathroom faucet.)
2. Become in “Like” with Kansas City Mamas on Facebook. Once you do, leave a comment letting me know. If you are already in “Like”, thank you and leave a comment.
3. Subscribe to the daily email. (I promise, no spam.) Once you do, leave a comment letting me know. If you already subscribe, thanks you, and leave a comment.
One winner will be chosen at end of day on Sunday, October 17. Good Luck.

Our bedroom. I hate our bedroom. It’s on the main level and is the default dumping ground when we need to do a quick clean-up (i.e.- hide the crap so people think we’re organized and tidy).

I could really use a cabinet under my stairs to hide the recyclables, that’s the big ticket item, on a smaller note the scuff marks on my table. Just subscribed to daily email.

Our bathroom. It is so tiny that the door won’t open all the way because the bath tub is in the way. And our little girls’s toys are all over the place. And it’s so soap scummy!
