Welcome to Kansas City Mamas.
This has been created especially for you because I either spoke at your small group, MOPS meeting, or BBM meeting.
First, I’d like to welcome you and encourage you on this new adventure to save money through using coupons and strategic shopping.
So grab a beverage, take some time and explore the blog. I’ve provided a list (below) on helpful links to get your started.
If you have any questions, please email me and I’ll answer you the best that I can.
Stay In The Know
In order to keep current on the deals it is best to subscribe to my FREE email newsletter. You will receive one email per day that contains link to all of the interesting things I’ve posted for the day. This is a great way to keep current on the deals and be able to scan them to see if any are relevant to your family without having to go to the blog everyday.

Get Coupons Delivered To Your Door
In the class, I talked about making sure you have the best arsenal of coupons available.
Here are my top three things to do:
- Make sure you are subscribed to Sunday Paper of the Kansas City Star. (It’s less than a $1.25 per week.)
- Subscribe to All You Magazine. There are different subscription options, including a six month trial.
- Install the software to print coupons from home on coupons.com, redplum.com, and smartsource.com. It’s very easy to install the software and you do not need to worry about viruses (I’ve been couponing for almost four years and I’ve never received a virus from these trusted coupon sites.) Print out a test coupon to make sure it is working.
Get Your Coupons Organized
Coupon Organization is key if you are going to enjoy couponing and strategic shopping. Here are some resources to get your started:
File By Insert Supplies: Hanging File Folders and File Folder Box.
Binder Supplies: Case-It Binders and Baseball Card Inserts.
Store Deals
Coupon Matchups are done for Hy-Vee, Hen House, and Price Chopper every Wednesday. (So you don’t need to do matchups, yourself.) Use these shopping lists as a guide to create your meal plan.
