What do you think is a great price for toilet paper? Is the $3.99 for cottonelle a stock up price? I can never figure it out because there are so many different types with the single rolls and double rolls. Thanks for all your hard work!

The Dillons in Hays, KS also has Huggies wipes as part of their buy 5 save $5 sale. When you use the coupon from last Sunday’s paper for $.50 off wipes and the store doubles it, you can score free wipes!
