Yeah – it is the month of May! I remember making May baskets in elementary school and giving them to friends – it felt good to give a physical gift that said “I appreciate you.” So, during the month of May, I will be having a giveaway every week as a way of saying “I appreciate you” to all of you. When Fast Classics contacted me about trying their new product – Chicken Fried Chicken – I was a little skeptical. My family has tried other pre-packaged chicken products and they prefer the taste of Tyson. But we gave it a shot – and after testing it – I am surprised at the taste and quality. While it doesn’t replace made-from-scratch fried chicken – it would fit the bill if I’m in a pinch for dinner or looking to put together a quick meal for the kiddos.
