Ah, the Instant Pot.
It’s the new “bad-ass-do-it-all” pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker small kitchen appliance.
And you KNOW I have a thing for small kitchen appliances.
The Instant Pot was a HUGE topic of conversation over the Holidays in the Facebook Group I run – the group is closed now, but we start back up in October – but I digress.
ANYWAY!! People were RAVING about the INSTANT POT and it’s ability to be the swiss army knife of small kitchen appliances.
And I wavered on getting one because the cost was still PRETTY high and I wasn’t sure it was worth it….but today, today I pulled the trigger because it is at it lowest price.

I’m kind of excited to see if it is as magical as everyone says…it would be nice to get rid of a few of the appliances we have now and just use the heck out of this one. Because while I love my small kitchen appliances…I also love decluttering.
