Summer is so close and the kids are pumped. They can’t wait to sleep in, hit the pool, play outside. It’s great.
It’s great until…it isn’t. There comes that point in even the best Summer when the kids utter those few words that make a mama cringe.

Nails on a chalkboard, am I right? Of course we can think of a million things for them to do: vacuum the hall, clean the toilets…but what they really want is something new and exciting.
