I’ll admit…there are times that I do not cook with butter.
GASP.
True.
While butter is my “fat” of choice for most things baked-goodness related. There are times I need to use a spread, like I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Sticks because it works better. (Usually with my killer sugar cookies.)
With that being said…make sure you choose the “sticks” for your baking needs. Spreads from the tub have a different “makeup” and can create a VERY different end result.
But with a stick…you are golden. (Figuratively and Literally.)
