If you read the special Food Section in the KC Star called “Edge City” a couple of weeks ago, you may have noticed a listing of the “famous KC folks” who are cookbook authors. Two of those listed were Roxanne Wyss and Kathy Moore, who are super-dooper talented cooks, authors, teachers – and my friends.
Their new cookbook is called 175 Best Babycakes Cake Pop Maker Recipes
And while you may be thinking, “Do I really need ANOTHER cookbook or ANOTHER appliance?” Let me just tell you that both of those thoughts were going through my brain BEFORE I tried it out. (Kathy and Roxanne were nice enough to give me the hookup.)
Now, I’m just addicted to making their sour cream doughnuts…. Oh. My. Word. Deliciousness. I. Can. Make. From. Home.
And I plan on giving the cookbook and Babycakes maker to all of the summer weddings I’m attending. (So there you go, Sharon.)
