Famous Footwear has launched a contest on Facebook called “Step It Up For Your School.”
This national contest allows high school students to advocate for their high school and how it can be improved.
Each contestant writes a 250-word essay about what they would do to improve their school.
And then from now till September 24, Famous Footwear Fans can vote each day on their favorite essay and the winner will receive $75,000 to transform their high school and $25,000 to keep for for their own transformation. (Hopefully that is code for college.)
And in order for you to transform your look for back-to-school – Famous Footwear (the back-to-school footwear destination) is giving three Kansas City Mamas readers their own pair of Converse Tennis Shoes.
