DIY Natural Garbage Disposable Cleaning Cocktail Cubes (Recipe adapted from Blitz & Giggles)
What you will need:
- Distilled white vinegar
- 1 lemon (cut into small pieces)
- 1 lime (cut into small pieces)
- Ice cube tray
- Baking soda
- Cut up your lemon and lime into small pieces. Place in your ice cube tray.
- Fill your ice cube trays with distilled white vinegar.
- Place in your freezer and freeze until solid (12-24 hours).
- Once your cocktail cubes are frozen, pop them out of the tray and place in a marked freezer bag.
- When you are ready to give the old, stinky garbage disposal a cocktail, prep your sink by sprinkling some baking soda (no more then half a cup) into your drain.
- Turn on your warm water and throw a couple DIY Natural Garbage Disposal Cleaner Cocktail Cubes into the disposal. Turn the disposal on, then use a knife or spoon to push the cubes into the disposal. NEVER use your fingers.
- Listen to your disposal chomp up his cocktail. If you listen closely, you might hear him giggle. Say goodbye stinky fish and onion smell and hello to a clean, vinegar-citrusy scent! Enjoy!
Note: These garbage disposal cleaning cocktail cubes are only for garbage disposal consumption, not human consumption. It would not hurt a human to eat one, but your taste buds and stomach might revolt.
